Hue Drops uses the same skin-loving ingredients and texture that you know and love from our iconic Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops — now with highlighting bronze-colored pigments, which deliver sheer coverage to immediately even tone and add a warm glow to the skin. The Hue Drops formula also includes centella asiatica, which helps reduce the appearance of redness immediately and even tone over time.   

Does it contain glitter?

Hue Drops does not contain glitter. Instead, it uses ethically-sourced mica, brightening niacinamide, and hydrating hyaluronic acid to give the skin a natural, warm glow! Hue Drops is vegan and Leaping Bunny-certified cruelty-free, as all Glow Recipe products are!

What is ethically-sourced mica? Where do you source your mica?

We ensure that all mica used is sourced with the assurance of fair and safe working conditions. We source our mica exclusively from suppliers who are members of the Responsible Mica Initiative (RMI), an organization dedicated to helping the private, public, and non-profit sectors reach a 100% sustainable natural mica supply chain.

Does this contain fragrance?

Hue Drops has the same iconic watermelon scent as our Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops! This formula meets Sephora’s Clean guidelines using synthetic fragrance at less than 0.5% of the overall formula for the sensorial experience that you know and love.

Where does the color come from?

The natural pigments in the formula come from ethically sourced bronze and golden mica powder.

Are there any other ingredients to avoid when using this serum?

You can apply Hue Drops alone or as an additional step in your skincare and makeup routine. Can I use this on my body?

Absolutely! In addition to using it as a light contour on the face, we recommend applying Hue Drops onto the neck and décolleté, or mixing it with body cream to apply over the body for overall warmth.

Can I use this with my other serums?

Can you use it day and night?

We recommend using Hue Drops in your daytime skincare routine due to the pigments in the formula! However, you can also use Dew Drops for your nighttime routine for a subtle hydrating, glowy boost.

Is this formula ophthalmologist-tested?

Hue Drops is clinically-tested as safe for the eye area. For a glossy eye look, dab a pea-sized amount to the center of the eyelid and blend out.

Is this a bronzer? Or Is this a self-tanning serum?

The Packaging

What is the recyclability of the packaging?

Every part of our Hue Drops packaging is recyclable! The glass bottle is made with 70% post-consumer recycled glass, and the entire carton can be recycled curbside. The recycled plastic cap and pump can be recycled through our Pact partnership. (Please rinse out the bottle before recycling.)
